"Literally way too crowded"
It was literally so packed that it felt uncomfortable, and the staff didn’t really seem to have a plan for managing the crowd. The whole experience was frustrating.

"Accessibility details weren’t as helpful as I expected"
I was expecting the accessibility information to make planning my visit easier, but it actually left me more stressed. The details felt confusing, and I couldn’t clearly figure out what step-free help was available or how it worked. For something that should be straightforward, it made the planning process a lot harder than I expected.

"Photo package wasn’t worth it"
Just a heads up for anyone planning to buy the photo package after the ride: I regretted it. The pictures were average, and the price felt way too high for what you get. If you’re on the fence, I’d say save your money unless you really love the shot they show you

"Facilities could’ve been much better"
The facilities were a bit disappointing, honestly. The toilets felt cramped, the queues were messy, and there just weren’t enough seats around. It all felt like something that could’ve been prevented with a bit more planning.

"Nice view, though maybe a little short"
The ride was nice overall, and the view was definitely worth seeing. It just felt a bit shorter than I was expecting for the price, so I kind of wish we’d had a little more time up there.

I booked the special experience thinking it would feel a little more premium, but it was kind of a letdown. There were too many steps just to get through everything, and it felt like we were constantly being moved from one line or waiting area to another. It was crowded, rushed, and not very organized. The staff were fine, but not especially helpful, and nothing about it really felt special. For the price, I expected a smoother experience, not spending most of the time standing around waiting. The view was nice, but overall it just felt poorly managed...

I reached out to customer service about an issue I was having and, i was waiting around for quite a while without getting a proper answer. I had to follow up again, and even then, the help I got wasn’t really clear. Yeah, it was frustrating tbh.

"Gift shop was kind of a letdown"
I stopped by the gift shop after the ride, and it was chaotic. Everything felt way overpriced, and the staff didn’t seem all that interested in helping or keeping things organized. It wasn’t the best way to end the visit. Did anyone else have the same experience?

"Not worth the hassle"
I booked online thinking it would make things quicker, but I still ended up waiting forever. The staff seemed confused, the prices were way higher than I expected, and the whole experience felt rushed. I also tried reaching out for support afterward, but it felt like I got stuck in a loop with no real answer. i won’t bother with this again.

"Weather made it hard to judge"
We went on a rainy day, so the view was limited and we couldn’t really see much. It still seemed like it could be nice, but I can’t say for sure since the weather definitely got in the way.

The staff were friendly when we arrived, smiling and showing us where to go which helped make the queue feel a bit less annoying.

One person by the entrance did seem rushed though, so we had to ask twice about our time slot, not a huge issue just kind of confusing in the moment.

Overall the people were nice enough, it just didn’t feel that organised. So yeah, 3 stars feels about right.

"Fast track didn’t live up to the promise"
I paid extra for the fast track because it was made to sound like I’d be getting through much quicker, but it didn’t feel that way at all. I still ended up waiting ages, basically in what felt like the same queue as everyone else. Frustrating when you pay more expecting a smoother experience and the reality doesn’t match the promise.

I went with my wife and our two kids, and the view was lovely once we were actually on it. The kids got excited after we started moving, and the pod felt safe, which was a relief. The staff were friendly enough too and pointed us in the right direction when we weren’t sure where to queue.
That said, the whole thing felt more stressful than I expected, especially with children. Even with booked tickets, there was still a lot of standing around, and the toilets and pram situation weren’t great. I’m glad we did it once, but for the price, I walked away feeling like maybe we should’ve spent the money on something easier

"Not great if you like having things close by"
As someone who really likes being able to walk or quickly get to nearby restaurants, shops, and basic stuff, I was disappointed. The access to things around the area just wasn’t convenient at all, and it made the stay more frustrating than I expected.

I’ll give them credit, the bag checks made me feel safe, which I appreciated. But from my point of view, the whole queue situation was messy and kind of frustrating. I didn’t really know what was going on because nobody explained much, so I just ended up standing around feeling stressed. It was fine overall, but I wish it had been smoother for me

I stopped by sometime last month, or maybe it was the end of the month before, and overall it was a good visit. The pods were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. The only thing I noticed was that the queue area could’ve used a bit more attention, but other than that, no real complaints.

"Pretty easy overall"
Booking was easy enough and I didn’t have much trouble getting through the steps. I do think a couple parts could’ve been a little clearer, but overall it was simple and got the job done without much hassle
